2025 Election Information for Mint Hill Residents

Early Voting in Mint Hill runs Oct. 23 – Nov. 1 at the Mint Hill Public Library (6840 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd.) See the link below for times.

Regardless of where you live in Mecklenburg County, you may vote at any site in the county during Early Voting. For a full list of Early Voting locations, dates, and times, or for information about voting on voting day, please click here.

We are suggesting that you consider strategy when casting your ballot! Five candidates are running for the two Mint Hill Commissioner seats. You can, but do not have to, vote for 2 candidates. That means, if you choose, you can cast your ballot for just 1 candidate. For those who want to ensure that the Democrat running (Patrick O’Brien) gets elected, you can vote just for him and no one else if you choose.

The 2025 Municipal elections are being held November 4th and early voting stars October 23rd at the Mint Hill Library. Local elected officials make decisions directly impacting your daily lives. I want Mint Hill to serve the community with great schools, safe roads, and to wisely use our abundant natural resources and destinations. As your Town Commissioner, I pledge to listen to you and do what is best for Mint Hill. I promise to be YOUR VOICE on the Mint Hill Town Commission. For more than 30 years I have worked as an accountant, auditor and financial consultant and maintain an active CPA license. I will bring this financial, budgeting and compliance expertise to impartially evaluate and inform every vote I make on the Town Commission.
